SW Engineer (PC)
The Software Engineer is responsible for working with the Software Engineering team to implement and maintain device driver software (including drivers, control panels, and installers) and other components of Wacom's graphics tablets. Other responsibilities include supporting third party application developers in interfacing to Wacom's products and providing assistance to the technical support staff in supporting customers. Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field. The ideal candidate will have three years or more experience in software development. Familiarity with a range of software development tools including compilers, debuggers, source code control and possibly application frameworks, dissemblers, and source code formatting and checking. Familiarity with windowing environments and able to program in low and high level languages and familiar with object oriented languages especially C++. Familiarity with device drivers and their development and debugging. Ideally possess an understanding of software quality and all areas of software engineering. Familiarity with Microsoft Windows or Linux a must. Excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills. Detailed oriented and works well independently with minimal supervision.

Field Sales Representative - (South CA)
The Field Sales Representative is responsible for the attainment of company goals and channel objectives through personal effort and the effective management of company resources in the region. Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing &/or Business Administration. Two -four years of previous territory or district field sales experience in a PC or Macintosh related field. Prior knowledge and experience in the graphic design, paint, page layout is preferred. Knowledge of PC graphics hardware required. Requires establishment of personal relationships with major industry customers. This is a home office position to be based in Southern California.

Channel Sales Manager
The Channel Sales Manager is responsible for developing and achieving Wacoms sales and marketing plans for Wacoms strategic national, channel accounts under the leadership of Wacoms Director of Channel Sales. The CSM is to provide leadership and direction for specific channel accounts to ensure they meet business objectives.

System Integrators and/or Value Added Resellers channel development experience desired. This experience includes, creating a documented sales plan that has measurable objectives. The candidate should have excellent communication skills that include proven examples of reseller plans and product demonstration training knowledge. The candidate will understand the need for Value Add Reseller Rep training. The candidate will demonstrate experience in providing and/or managing leadership direction to Field Sales reps that are dependent on understanding channel and reseller objectives from Wacom.

The Channel Sales Manager should posses a BA/BS in sales, marketing, or business administration. The Channel Sales Manager should have a minimum of 5 years previous national and/or regional account sales experience in a high tech related company. Demonstrated understanding of and experience within Retail Channels (computer and/or consumer products) is required. Experience with distribution channels and major account organizational infrastructures required. Experience with 3rd party agency (sales and service) required. Documented expertise in strategic sales planning, program implementation and analytics (sales, financial, trends). This person will be able to demonstrate computer literacy, personable communication skills, be results oriented, have strong organization skills, and effective written reporting skills.

Director of Touch Sales
The Director of Touch Sales is responsible for maintaining and developing direct OEM sales for Touch Technology based products. Primary responsibility is to develop the OEM market in the entire United States focusing on expanding sales into new markets. Typical activities include presentations at customer sites and trade shows. This position requires a BA/BS with technical discipline. MBA degree and experience at a technology company preferred. The successful candidate should have a minimum of 5 years experience in OEM Sales preferably in the touch technology components industry or previous high-tech industry experience in technical sales and or direct OEM component sales engineering capacity. Requires technical understanding of product applications and engineering requirements. Experience with OEM sales strategy, pricing, and supply agreements. Possess in-depth knowledge of the field sales organization and its operation and new product development and introduction process to the OEM market. Candidate must have a successful track record, possess excellent interpersonal, telephone, oral and written communication skills, be proficient in positive selling techniques; excellent negotiation skills to maximize revenue; creative to prospect new opportunities; powerful and persuasive presentation skills; initiative, diligence and follow-through in execution of all tasks and be able to handle a variety of customers and issues in a highly professional and diplomatic manner.

Internal Auditor
The Internal Auditor is responsible for conducting internal financial and/or system audits and risk assessments. May test and document financial and computer system records for information system integrity and transaction accuracy. Reports discrepancies. Prepares audit plans and understands the specific issues to be evaluated. Executes internal audits within established business process controls. Develops formal written reports to communicate audit results to management and regulatory compliance agencies, if applicable and makes recommendations as appropriate. May facilitate work of external auditors during on-site visits. § BS in Management Information Systems, Accounting, or Business Administration with emphasis in Accounting (or equivalent for non-U.S. applicants) required. § CIA, CPA, CFA, or CMA is strongly preferred § 6 to 8 years of broad, diversified experience in public accounting, manufacturing accounting and/or internal audit. § Thorough knowledge of auditing theory and practice. § Superior analytical ability. § Thorough understanding of and experience implementing and maintaining compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act with emphasis on sections 404/302. § Experience using internal controls frameworks (like COSO and/or COBiT) as well as a strong understanding of GAAS, sampling and testing methodologies is essential. § Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio for flowcharting. § Must be able to have demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills. § Must have excellent presentation skills. § In-depth understanding of business organizations and management control processes. § Must have strong leadership skills. § Must have the ability to make decisions and exercise independent judgment. § Must be able to consistently achieve high work standards attention to detail, accuracy and timeliness. § Must be a self starter who is able to demonstrate initiative in planning, work ethic, and make independent decisions based on sound judgment.
