My SBD key appears to be invalid or missing, how do I get a new one?

If a Software Bundle Download (SBD) key appears to be invalid, or is missing from a product which should contain on, please contact Wacom Customer Support at 1-855-MY-WACOM (699-2266), or via Wacom Customer Support, for assistance. It may be necessary to provide a copy of the existing key, if available, as well as the purchase receipt for the tablet.
