Dispute resolution for consumer disputes

          1. Online Dispute Resolution:

Information about Online Dispute Resolution: The European Commission operates an internet platform for the Online Dispute Resolution (“ODR-platform”). The ORD-platform serves as contact point for out-of-court resolutions of disputes concerning contractual obligations stemming from online sales or service contracts. You will find the ORD-platform at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

          2. Alternative Dispute Resolution:

We always aim to settle our contractual disputes with customers directly and on a consensual basis. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure with a dispute resolution body.
