Returns

To return your online purchase:

Separate from our Limited Warranty, Wacom offers a 30-day return policy on products purchased in our eStore. Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable. Please contact Wacom Customer Care via telephone at 1-855-MY-WACOM (699-2266) to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for shipping the product back to Wacom. Please send the product, shipping charges prepaid, to the location you received over the phone, accompanied by your name, address, telephone number and proof of purchase date. Please write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box.

Order and Pre-Order Cancellations:

No cancellations are allowed once product orders are submitted. However, if you order pre-release products designated as a pre-order ("Pre-Order"), you may cancel such Pre-Orders by calling our Customer Care team at 1-855-MY-WACOM (699-2266) or by emailing sales@wacom.com. Please have your Pre-Order number ready.
