I have been issued a 'ZCRC' RMA, what does this mean?

If you have been issued an RMA that begins with ‘ZCRC’, Wacom will be processing a refund of your purchase upon receipt of the item to our distribution center. An automated email was sent when the RMA was created by Wacom’s Customer Support team, which contains instructions for where to send the product to be processed. 

Please be sure to include the RMA number clearly on the package so that our receiving team can quickly identify and process the item.

Upon arrival, the item will be received, inspected, and processed. Please allow 15-20 days for the refund to be processed. If you have questions, please feel free to contact Wacom Customer Support at 1-855-MY-WACOM (699-2266), or online at Wacom Customer Support.
