With your Wacom pen tablet, you can work with oil and watercolor brushes, a palette knife, an airbrush, a pencil, an ink pen, a felt pen, stencils, a tracing tool and a paint roller, plus a text tool that lets you add and manipulate text. You can work on a variety of paper and canvas surfaces, import and export Photoshop PSD files, and use layers, blend modes, and other digital tools. ArtRage also includes tools to express your playful side: Crayons, a glitter tube, a sticker spray that lets you spray or stick a large collection of shapes, colors, and effects onto a painting, and a “gloop” pen that creates expanding blobs of paint or ink.

If you’re just getting into art, you can use ArtRage to hone your skills without having to worry about wasting paint, canvas, or paper. If you’re already experienced with traditional tools and materials, you’ll find you can use many of your familiar techniques and not get bogged down in new tools and methods.
