I have been issued a 'ZTAX' RMA, what does this mean?

If you have been issued an RMA that begins with ‘ZTAX’, then Wacom will be providing an advanced exchange of your product. This means that Wacom will process and ship a replacement item to you, prior to receiving the defective item. When the RMA was created, you should have received an automated email with instructions for where to send your defective item for evaluation.

Please be sure to include the RMA number clearly on the package so that our receiving team can quickly identify and process the item.
