   3. We improve capabilities to plan and develop new products.
   4. We improve productivity through the growth of our business.
   5. We improve cost competitiveness.
   6. We reduce overall stock and lead times.
   7. We improve capabilities to develop new technology.
   8. We promote global management.
   9. We manage by compliance and perform CSR.
   10. We develop products taking into consideration preservation of the environment.
   11. We promote resource saving, energy saving and the reduction of wastes.
   12. We reduce the use of hazardous substances.
2. We establish the quality and environmental management system, determine the targets and implementation plans, and promote their achievement. We also review the system according to change in situations and we perform continual improvement of the quality and environmental integration management system.
3. We not only comply with international environmental regulations and national/local environmental regulations, but also prevent contamination. We take positive actions to meet social requirements for environmental preservation, such as global warming prevention and biodiversity conservation, and overseas requirements for environmental preservation in overseas activities.
