A. Additional Provisions Applicable to Malaysia Only

None.

B. Additional Provisions Applicable to Thailand Only

1. The provisions of Paragraph B of this Addendum shall only apply to users accessing the Wacom Services and/or Wacom Sites from Thailand. 

2. Section 1.3 of these Terms is amended by replacing “18” with “20” unless otherwise provided in applicable laws. 

C. Additional Provisions  Applicable to Indonesia Only

1. The provisions of Paragraph C of this Addendum shall only apply to users accessing the Wacom Services and/or Wacom Sites from Indonesia. 

2. In compliance with Indonesian Law No. 24 of 2009 on Flag, Language, National Emblem, and National Anthem, these Terms shall be prepared in both Indonesian language and the English language version which shall both be effective. In the event of any inconsistency between the Indonesian language and English language texts or should there be any dispute on the meaning or interpretation of certain provisions, the English language text shall prevail and the Indonesian language text will be deemed to be amended to conform with and to make the relevant Indonesian language text consistent with the relevant English language text.

D. Additional Provisions Applicable to Vietnam Only

1. The provisions of Paragraph D of this Addendum shall only apply to users accessing the Wacom Services and/or Wacom Sites from Vietnam. 

2. In relation to Section 4.1 of these Terms, you represent and warrant that the User Content does not include any State secret. 

E. Additional Provisions  Applicable to Philippines Only

None.

A.  Các điều khoản bổ sung chỉ áp dụng cho Malaysia

B. Các điều khoản bổ sung chỉ áp dụng cho Thái Lan

1. Những quy định tại Đoạn B của Phụ lục này sẽ chỉ áp dụng cho người dùng truy cập Dịch vụ Wacom và/hoặc Trang Wacom từ Thái Lan.     

2.   Phần 1.3 của các Điều khoản này được sửa đổi bằng cách thay thế “18” bằng “20” trừ khi luật hiện hành có quy định khác.

 

C. Các điều khoản bổ sung chỉ áp dụng cho Indonesia

1.    Những quy định tại Đoạn C của Phụ lục này sẽ chỉ áp dụng cho người dùng truy cập Dịch vụ Wacom và/hoặc Trang Wacom từ Indonesia.    

2.    Theo Luật số 24 năm 2009 của Indonesia về Quốc kỳ, Ngôn ngữ, Quốc huy và Quốc ca, chúng tôi lập cả bản tiếng Indonesia và tiếng Anh cho Chính sách này và cả hai bản đều có hiệu lực. Trong trường hợp có nội dung không nhất quán giữa bản tiếng Indonesia và bản tiếng Anh hoặc xảy ra tranh chấp về ý nghĩa hay diễn giải các điều khoản nhất định thì bản tiếng Anh sẽ được ưu tiên sử dụng và bản tiếng Indonesia được coi là cần sửa đổi sao cho phù hợp, nhất quán với bản tiếng Anh tương ứng.

D. Các điều khoản bổ sung chỉ áp dụng cho Việt Nam

1.    Những quy định tại Đoạn D của Phụ lục này sẽ chỉ áp dụng cho người dùng truy cập Dịch vụ Wacom và/hoặc Trang Wacom từ Việt Nam.    

2.    Liên quan đến Phần 4.1 của các Điều khoản này, bạn tuyên bố và đảm bảo rằng Nội dung người dùng không bao gồm bí mật Quốc gia.

E. Các điều khoản bổ sung chỉ áp dụng cho Philippines

Không có.
