Intuos Pro and Adobe Creative Photography Plan Promotion

Terms and Conditions

This promotion is valid only during the Promotional Period (specified below), and is subject to these Terms and Conditions, including without limitation, the eligibility and other requirements, terms, and conditions set forth herein. By participating in the promotion, you agree to be subject to and bound by these Terms and Conditions.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

The promotion runs from April 30, 2017, through July 1, 2017 (the “Promotional Period”).

THE OFFER

The following offer is made under the promotion (the “Offer”): Qualified Purchasers (as defined below) who purchase an Eligible Product during the Promotional Period may receive an Adobe® Creative Cloud Photography Plan (the “Plan”) 12-month membership (the “Membership”). Upon the expiration of the 12-month period, the Membership will automatically expire, unless the Qualified Purchaser elects to renew the Membership by making payment to Adobe pursuant to Adobe’s then current terms and conditions governing the Plan.

ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS

The following Wacom products are eligible for the promotion (each an “Eligible Product”):

Intuos Pro tablet Small (PTH-451)

No used or refurbished products are eligible for the promotion.

QUALIFIED PURCHASERS

Those purchasers eligible for this promotion include individual end users, as follows (each a “Qualified Purchaser”):

Any end user purchaser of an Eligible Product.

Resellers, public entities, federal, state and local government entities, educational institutions, nonprofit organizations, enterprise purchasers, and business purchasers do not qualify.

You may be required to demonstrate that you meet the Qualified Purchaser requirements as a condition for receiving the Offer.

REDEMPTION

In order to redeem the Offer, you must comply with the following:

Register with Wacom

In order to receive the Offer, you must register the Eligible Product at: www.wacom.com/register. Registration must be completed in full no later than July 15, 2017 (the "Registration Period"). Registration requires that you provide your name, a valid email address, the serial number of the Eligible Product, the purchase date for the Eligible Product, and the software download (SBD) key found on the CD driver envelope included with the Eligible Product. You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information.

Activate with Adobe

After completing the registration of your Eligible Product with Wacom, you will need to activate your Membership with Adobe prior to or on July 15, 2017. Once you have completed the registration process described above, you will receive an email from Wacom’s registration system with an Adobe redemption code. Please note that the redemption code is unique per end user and is for one time use only.

Once you have received your redemption code, please follow these steps to in order to activate your Membership:

  1. Visit: https://creative.adobe.com/redeem;
  2. Sign in with your Adobe ID or sign up to get one;
  3. Enter the redemption code shown in your registration email from Wacom and click “Activate membership”;
  4. Read renewal terms and click on “Accept terms and conditions” or “Remind me later”; and
  5. Click on “Get Started.”

Problems?

Should you encounter problems with the registration of your Eligible Product or in the event you do not receive a registration confirmation from Wacom despite having completed the registration process, please contact Wacom’s Customer Support Center using the contact form at: http://www.wacom.com/en-us/support.

WACOM SHALL HAVE NO RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY TO YOU OR TO ANY OTHER QUALIFIED PARTICIPANT FOR ANY DELAYED OR FAILED REGISTRATIONS, FOR ANY LOST OR INCORRECT REDEMPTION CODES, OR FOR ANY DELAYED OR FAILED ACTIVATIONS, NO MATTER THE CAUSE.

PRODUCT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you cancel or return your Eligible Product, regardless of the reason, then you will no longer be eligible to participate in the promotion or receive the Offer, and you must immediately cancel or terminate your Membership, regardless of whether Wacom requests you to do so.

GENERAL TERMS

The Offer is valid only while supplies last and the Eligible Products are subject to availability. The promotion and the Offer are subject to the laws of United States of America, and are void where prohibited or restricted by law. Neither the promotion nor the Offer may be combined with any other Wacom promotions or offers. Wacom is not responsible for any inability to read these Terms and Conditions due to the fact that these Terms and Conditions are in the English language. The Plan is owned, managed and/or controlled by Adobe Systems Incorporated and/or its affiliates (“Adobe”), and accordingly, you acknowledge and agree that your Membership in the Plan is subject to the terms and conditions governing the Plan established, adopted and/or amended by Adobe from time to time. Wacom is not responsible for the Plan, or for your Membership or participation in the Plan, and Wacom shall have no responsibility or liability to you or to any other Qualified Purchaser in connection therewith. In particular, Wacom shall have no responsibility or liability to you in the event Adobe terminates or cancels the Plan or your Membership in it, or for any loss, destruction or other damage you may suffer or incur in connection with your Membership or participation in the Plan. Wacom my use any information provided by you in accordance with its privacy policies posted online at: www.wacom.com/en-us/privacy. Should any term of the promotion or these Terms and Conditions be or become completely or partially ineffective, then this will not affect the effectiveness of the remaining conditions; instead of the ineffective conditions, a condition that is legally permissible and has as nearly as possible the effect desired of the ineffective condition shall apply. Wacom reserves the right to end and/or change the promotion and/or the Offer unilaterally and without prior notice to you, including without limitation, the right to change these Terms and Conditions.
