Moreover, how should we interact with technology in the context of our mental health and creativity? Maybe we need to protect ourselves from technology so as not to become reliant on it for inspiration. Or maybe we need to commit to it wholeheartedly and embrace the creative opportunities it generates. How do we find the right balance between those two extremes?

Increasingly, we are also recognizing that neurodiversity is vital to creative output – embracing all modes of thinking and being, even when they lie outside societal norms. How do we manage that effectively?

One thing’s for sure – it’s complicated. Just like humanity itself.
