These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of a new Wacom Cintiq Pro in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Denmark, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Great Britain, Ireland, France, Italy, Spain, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Hungary, Romania, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Egypt, Lebanon, Qatar, Jordan, Russia, Ukraine, Turkey, South Africa, Greece and Israel (“Region”) within the “Wacom Cintiq Pro with a choice of Adobe Premiere Rush or Creative Cloud Photography plan (2 months)” promotion ("Promotion") offered by Wacom Europe GmbH, Zollhof 11-15, 40221 Düsseldorf, Germany ("Wacom").

The Promotion is open to all End Users ("End User" or "You") whose place of residence is in the Region and who, between October 1st, 2020 and October 17th , 2022 ("Purchase Period"), purchase a new Wacom Cintiq Pro in the Region.

When purchasing one of the above-mentioned products within the Purchase Period and fulfilling the following conditions, you as the customer acquire the right to receive one of the following extras ("Extra"):

Adobe Creative Cloud Photography plan or Adobe Premiere Rush for 2 months:

The Adobe Creative Cloud Photography plan from Adobe Inc. (www.adobe.com) includes a two months subscription to Photoshop and Lightroom.

Photoshop is available in the following languages: Danish, German, English, Finnish, French, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese (Brazilian), Russian, Spanish, Swedish, Czech, Turkish, Japanese, Korean and Simplified Chinese.

Lightroom is available in the following languages: German, English, French, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese (Brazilian), Spanish, Swedish, Japanese, Korean and Chinese (simplified and traditional).

Adobe Premiere Rush from Adobe Inc. (www.adobe.com) includes a two months subscription to Adobe Premiere Rush. It is available in the following languages: English, French, Spanish, German, Korean and Japanese.

Tariff Terms Adobe Creative Cloud Photography plan or Adobe Premiere Rush Subscription Extension:

To ensure that there are no interruptions to the Adobe Creative Cloud Photography plan or Adobe Premiere Rush subscription after the end of the free use/Extra, the participant can specify a valid payment method when registering their Adobe ID. If the payment method is specified, the plan automatically renews to a paid subscription after the end of the two months. You will be notified by Adobe in advance before your account is charged.

Upon the renewal the fee specified at the time of purchase will be charged. The fee can differ from country to country, so please check the exact price at www.adobe.com.

Your contract with Adobe is renewed automatically every year, unless you cancel it. If you cancel within 14 days of the contract extension, there is no cancellation fee. If you cancel after this point, you will be charged 50% of the remaining contract amount.

Adobe, the Adobe logo, Creative Cloud, the Creative Cloud logo, Lightroom, Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Rush and the Photoshop Desktop logo are either registered trademarks or trademarks of Adobe in the United States and/or other countries.

How do I participate?

You need to register your new Wacom Cintiq Pro at www.wacom.com/register to get your Extra.

Registration will be open from October 1st, 2020 and must be completed by October 31st, 2022 ("Registration Period"). Registration requires the specification of the following personal data: First and last name, country, a valid email address and the Wacom product serial number (normally detected automatically).

When the registration has been properly completed within the Registration Period, you will receive an email confirming your registration and further information. You will find a voucher code for activating the Extras in your Wacom Library in your Wacom account (account.wacom.com).

After choosing the Extra in the Offer section, you will need to select the preferred operating system and click on the “Redeem” button to access the 2-months license of the respective Adobe software offer.

The unique registration code will be automatically ingested in the redemption link and the user will be forwarded to the Adobe registration site.

During the registration with Adobe, you will also need to enter your name, address and email address. Adobe Terms of Service and Privacy Policy are being accepted by using the service.

Software trial, support and conversion is managed by Partner.

The voucher code must be redeemed online at Adobe until October 31st , 2022 ("Redemption Period") to qualify for the Extra. Payment in cash or combining with other discounts or credits is not possible.

Other

The codes mentioned can only be used in the specified way. Requests for code redemption are permitted only if you have complied with the stated periods – the Purchase Period, the Registration Period and the Redemption Period. If, contrary to our expectations, you decide to return your Wacom product, then you also lose any claim to the Extra, which we have granted you in the context of the Promotion and you must therefore return or delete it without being asked.

The Promotion is expressly not for the purchase of used products.

Unless you have consented to any other use of your information, Wacom will use the personal information you provide in accordance with the relevant privacy laws and our Privacy Policy – www.wacom.com/privacy – solely for the purpose of conducting our promotion and promotions related to the purchase of Wacom products.

Wacom assumes no responsibility or liability for late or erroneous registrations by the End Customer, for lost coupons and codes, or for the improper redemption of coupons and codes, whether for technical or personal reasons, unless the reasons are attributable solely to Wacom.

The Extra and its execution are subject exclusively to the relevant conditions of the supplier (Adobe Inc.). To the extent permitted by law, Wacom assumes no responsibility or liability for the supplier’s products or services.

Wacom reserves the right to unilaterally terminate and/or modify the Promotion.

In the event of misuse of the Promotion by the End User, Wacom reserves the right to claim damages from the End User.

Should any provision of the Promotion or these Terms be or become invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining terms shall remain hereby unaffected. In case of the ineffective condition there shall then apply a condition that is legally permissible and that comes as close as possible to the desired effect of the ineffective condition.

The Promotion is subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
