We've recently updated our Publication on Anonymized Data

With regard to anonymized data that we create and provide, we make the following public announcement.

1. Creation of Anonymized Data

The information items of anonymized data created by us are as follows.

• Age, gender, handedness (left- or right-handed), frequency of writing, native language, school year and handwriting data. The creation period is scheduled to be continuous from July 2022.

• Age, gender, status of school attendance, years of education, degree of life adjustment, responses to questionnaire and handwriting data. The creation of period is scheduled to be continuous from March 2023.

• School name, school year and handwriting data. The creation period is scheduled to be continuous from March 2023.

2. Provision of Anonymized Data

The anonymized data provided by us is as follows.

  • Provision through Outsourcing: We will provide anonymized data to outsourced business partners in connection with the outsourcing as follows.

3. Measures concerning Anonymized Data

For the anonymized data we create, we implement the following measures:

i. Security measures for anonymized data: We take sufficient security measures to protect anonymized data, such as access control through authentication, prevention of unauthorized external access and encryption during transmission.

ii. Measures to ensure the proper handling of anonymized data: We establish rules for the management of anonymized data, including an internal system for the handling of anonymized data and supervision of outsourced business partners, and inform those handling anonymized data of the rules of use, such as the prohibition of activities for identification, so as to ensure that we handle anonymized data in an appropriate manner.
