Assigned as a teacher to Oiso Junior High School in Oiso in April 1973, appointed School Principal of the junior high school in April 2007. Joined the Nakai Board of Education in October 2015, appointed Deputy School Superintendent in October 2017 and School Superintendent in April 2021.

 

Under the slogans of "when there is no fun, there is no education" and "education cannot wait", Mr. Kumazawa cares most for "students’ self-initiative" and "community building through education", and explores Oiso’s unique potential by promoting what can be done to make the impossible possible.
