Tracy Kistner, born in Cologne, is a mother of four children and for this reason has been involved in education for a long time. Since spring 2022 she has been the managing director of #wirfürschule gUG, a Germany-wide movement that is committed to making the schools of tomorrow a reality today. Tracy is a lecturer in design thinking and entrepreneurship. She has a degree in business administration and completed a CEMS Master of International Management.
