How long is the warranty for Wacom products in Central & South America*?

Wacom warrants the product to the original consumer purchaser of a new product, except for the software and consumable items such as the pen nibs, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. For One by Wacom, Wacom One, Wacom Intuos, Wacom Cintiq, and Wacom MobileStudio Pro this is for a period of one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase, as evidenced by a copy of the receipt and registration with Wacom. For Wacom Cintiq Pro and Wacom Intuos Pro, this period is two (2) years. For Wacom Cintiq Pro and Wacom Intuos Pro, this period is two (2) years. For product specific details, please click here.

Wacom Refurbished

Wacom Refurbished devices are pre-owned Wacom products that have been subjected to Wacom’s standard refurbishment process prior to being offered for sale. Wacom’s standard refurbishment process includes the inspection, cleaning and repair of any technical issues (only some of the refurbished devices were returned due to technical issues) so as to ensure that the device meets Wacom’s rigorous quality standards. Only devices that satisfy a final quality assurance inspection are made available for sale as a Wacom Refurbished Device. However, Wacom Refurbished Devices may show slight signs of wear, and may or may not be in their original packaging.

Wacom’s limited manufacturer’s warranty and period of liability for Wacom Refurbished Devices is 1 year. The products are covered by the applicable return policy.
